ENEGRIN is the energy company of the Córdova group, which has automated, electrified and instrumented plants across Mexico since 1987. That same engineering now designs, installs and operates BESS and develops cogeneration and gas-fired generation plants.

Where we operate and whom we serve
ENEGRIN BESS systems operate in northern Mexico, with measured savings of 27–37 % on the bill from CFE, Mexico's state-owned utility; a 99.98 % match between forecast and actual bills; outage backup; and an active transparency platform. We serve large consumers on the GDMTH tariff (CFE's medium-voltage hourly tariff for large consumers) throughout Mexico: food and dairy plants, packing houses, mining, paper, cement, manufacturing, hospitals, hotels and data centers. We also have 7.5 MW of cogeneration under development in Mexico.

International group
Natural gas plants, cogeneration and BESS built worldwide by our partners
We are part of an international group of technology partners that uses the same hardware we install in Mexico. The group has installed more than 300 MW and 600 MWh of BESS in 13 countries and regions, from 100 kW to 100 MW; has manufactured generator sets since 1992 as a Cummins-certified OEM, with a presence in more than 80 countries; and has built natural gas plants, several of them cogeneration plants, from 1 to 27 MW in Europe, Asia and South America. What ENEGRIN adds is what sets us apart: the software, the EMS and full integration as an EPC contractor.

What that engineering has delivered in power plants and high-complexity facilities
Power plants and generation
Instrumentation of a recovery boiler and turbine generator (Pondercel). Emissions measurement and control systems at 14 CFE thermoelectric power plants, from Rosarito to Mérida.
Medium voltage and power
Medium-voltage substations and switchgear, 500 to 6,000 kVA transformers, 4,160 V starters, medium-voltage overhead lines (Agnico Eagle, GCC, Pondercel).
Control and SCADA at national scale
Automation of more than 20 storage terminals for Pemex, Mexico's state-owned oil company, and SCADA for multi-product and gas pipelines with dozens of remote sites.
Telemetry and in-house software
Telemetry for wells and treatment plants with a mobile app (JMAS, the municipal water utilities of Cuauhtémoc, Nuevo Casas Grandes and Juárez). Industrial control platform supported by a 2016 incentive grant from CONACYT, Mexico's national science and technology council.
